TYPES OF STAGING:

OCCUPIED STAGING:
Since staging is creatively using what the home seller already has to make it more appealing to a larger audience, a savvy home stager must take the personality the seller has infused into the home and make it more generalized yet beautiful.
VACANT STAGING:
In working with the homeowner that has already moved out of the home or is an investor, our designers start with a preview of the home then put the vision and plan in place by resourcing items. The designer pulls items from inventory, schedules installation day and executes the plan for the major living areas. Set the Stage rents furniture, artwork and accessories for a few months or as long as necessary.
VACATION RENTAL FURNISHING:
Set the Stage has various packages ranging from a consultation to a fully furnished home, that create beautiful, comfortable rentals that photograph well and yields many happy reviews. Our designs help the listing stand out among the market in the city it is located.
